The Chestnuthill Township Business & Civic Association (CBASS) invites you to Community Voices: A Civic Forum & Election Town Hall, an open forum where residents can engage with local candidates, discuss key community issues, and connect with their community.



With the May 20, 2025, primary election approaching, this event provides an opportunity to hear directly from the candidates who will shape the future of Chestnuthill Township. Learn about their visions for the community, ask questions, and gain valuable insight to make an informed decision at the polls.

Meet one of Our Guest Speakers:

Deb Modica

Deb Modica is a lifelong advocate for hard work, community involvement, and responsible leadership. From an early age, Deb demonstrated a strong work ethic and a passion for leadership. Through her active participation in Future Farmers of America (FFA), she gained hands-on experience in production agriculture, livestock judging, and public speaking. She was also a dedicated 4-H member, a Girl Scout, and began working on local farms and in a cabinet shop at just 11 years old.


In 1981, Deb moved to the West End, where she has been an engaged member of the community ever since. As a wife and mother of three, she understands the importance of fostering a strong, supportive community where families can thrive.

At the Community Voices: A Civic Forum & Election Town Hall, Deb will share her insights on civic engagement, leadership, and the future of Chestnuthill Township. Her experience and dedication to the community make her a valuable voice in this important conversation.
