OUR GOALS

A BETTER FUTURE FOR CHESTNUTHILL STARTS HERE.

At CBASS, one of our primary goals is to transition Chestnuthill Township from a Second Class Township to a First Class Township—a change that will bring greater local representation, improved municipal services, and enhanced community growth.

We are currently in the petition phase, gathering signatures to move this initiative forward. Once we have enough signatures, we will submit the petition with the goal of placing this important decision on the November voting ballot.

This transition is about giving our community a stronger voice in how our township is governed. A First Class Township status can provide better planning, infrastructure improvements, and a governance structure that aligns with our growing population.
